Turn browsing into an informed booking.
A property photograph can spark interest, but a booking depends on the details around it. Guests need to understand the place, its location, the nightly price, and whether the dates and guest count fit their plans.
Alcazar connects that discovery experience with the steps needed to book. The product carries a guest from a listing to availability, a booking summary, and payment, while keeping saved properties and booking records easy to find later.
02 THE APPROACH
Make the listing useful at a glance
The mobile designs place photography alongside nightly pricing, location, property categories, and ratings. Home, explore, and saved-property views give guests different ways to browse and return to places that interest them.
Carry the stay details through checkout
Availability selection collects dates and guest count before a booking summary and payment step. The booking draft carries those choices forward so each stage stays connected to the property and stay the guest selected.
Support the journey after the decision
Booking lists and detail screens give a reservation a place in the app after checkout. Profile, reviews, wallet, and support features sit alongside the main journey, supporting the broader account experience around a stay.
03 INSIDE THE BUILD
A booking journey with shared context.
The mobile application uses React Native, Expo, and TypeScript, with React Navigation connecting discovery, property details, availability, and checkout. Reusable components and theme definitions carry the visual language from the interface designs into the application.
API hooks fetch property and booking information, while a booking draft passes stay details between steps. Date handling takes property time zones into account, and shared application state supports account and navigation needs across the app.
